GAN Electronic 750 W

Gavita innovated the 750W fixture by introducing a double ended version with a significantly higher efficiency than the traditional single ended fixtures. The aluminum housing offers the best cooling in the market, which guarantees the highest level of reliability and operating life for the electronics. When a 600W electromagnetic installation is replaced by GAN Electronic 750W, the existing wiring can usually be retained.

Retains light more effectively

The double ended lamp provides 10-15% more light than a single ended lamp and retains light more effectively. Due to the precise position in the reflector, the smaller arc tube and smaller diameter of the lamp, less light is lost in the reflector. What’s more, the light distribution is more uniform and the density of the light (light intensity) higher.

Optimal light levels

In addition to the industry-standard HR96 reflector, we offer the choice of a medium deep reflector for high crops and a wide reflector for optimal light distribution, thereby optimizing light levels, light distribution and uniformity in the most diverse range of situations. We possess our own light laboratory with a calibrated photogoniometer, which enables our R&D team to develop the best reflectors in-house.

Upgrade without adjusting the existing wiring

In nurseries where 600W electromagnetic fixtures need to be replaced to achieve a higher light level, opting for the GAN Electronic 750W offers another added benefit: In many cases, it is possible to upgrade the installation to 750W electronically without adjusting the existing wiring. This reduces the costs of switching to a higher power and improves light output considerably.

Guarantee sufficient uniformity

If the light intensity is lower, in many cases 1000W fixtures are no longer able to guarantee sufficient uniformity, not even with a wide reflector. In such cases, the double ended GAN Electronic 750W is an excellent solution.
